Browse its titanic galleries. Dominate a 30-meter chasm. Contemplate the fragile draperies. Hear the roar of the torrent and experience the emotion of the underground world with our guides. Since 2000, a course 3 times longer and twice as deep allows you to contemplate the extraordinary variety of shapes and colors of the concretions of the cave. You will descend 65m underground to discover an underground river and climb 30m on foot and 35m by elevator.

   Go back in time and discover the ruins of the famous feudal castle which overlooks the charming little town of La Roche-en-Ardenne. Dominating the valley, nestled between a loop of the Ourthe and the steep sides of the Deister hill, the ruins of the medieval castle, built between the 11th-12th and 13th centuries, stand out in their dark and imposing mass. At certain times of the year, several activities take place inside the castle such as archery and crafts, falconry shows, ... Some evenings, around nightfall except in bad weather, we can even see the ghost of Countess Berthe de La Roche prowling around the ruins of the castle, at the very spot of her death.   Don't miss :   From 09/05 to 12/05: fencing demonstration with la Compagnie de la Licorne  from 11am to 5pm. 27/04, 28/04, 01/05, 04/05, 05/05, 09/05, 11/05, 12/05: baroque music with Mme de ... and Maestro Lambert from 2.30 pm to 3 pm and from 3.30 pm to 4 pm. From 27/04 to 12/05: archery from 11am to 5pm.   Price: €6.5 per child (aged 3 to 12) + €2/p.p. during animations. €8.5 per adult (aged 12 and over) + €2/p.p. during animations. An exceptionnal Heritage Discover our 32 rooms decorated with a collection of antique furniture of this exceptional heritage from Wallonia. 3 topics can be found in the castle : The old way of living in the country in the cellar, the life of the lords museum on the ground floor and the hunting museum on the first floor. Moreover, climb in our medieval donjon , with its incredible framework in woodwork , look through the window you will see our wetland , our fallow deer park , water pit , and its lovely french garden . Children are disguised for free (not for the moment Covid-19 measures). Museum of the Lords'life on the ground floor : With an amazing collection of antique furniture , a bathroom in roman style , a tiny dock , a chape l, dinning room, Lady's boudoir, a young Lady's room, beautiful fireplaces … The Caves : The Museum of Rural Life, with a kitchen, storeroom, regional craftsmanship , household chores and old tools The dungeon is from the 15 century, its narrow local stone stairs which drive you to the top of the tower , where the huge framework is still here. If only stones could talk ! Hunting Museum, on the first floor, art of falconry , Geology,picturesque room... It does not belong to a person but to its own Non Profit Company : the association « Les Amis du château », who manage the site, assumes its maintenance and restoration.  The Tramway Touristique de l'Aisne (T.T.A.) operates a section of an authentic Ardennes vicinal line (secondary railway). Departing from the station, vehicles from yesteryear (some of which are over a hundred years old ) will take you on a ride through rolling countryside untouched by time. At the Tramway Touristique de l'Aisne station, you'll find the museum and the Royal Syndicat d'Initiative d'Erezée . The tramway runs alongside the River Aisne for much of its route, allowing you to discover the flora and fauna typical of the Belgian Ardennes . We look forward to welcoming you!

Malagne is an exceptional rural Gallo-Roman estate where visitors are invited to travel back in time, creating lively links between the actions of yesterday and today.

 In the House of Megaliths you can find informations about Wéris, the megaliths , the village and hiking possibilities in the surrounding countryside. The museum illustrates the way of life of the first farming communities by way of displays, objects, models, reconstructions and an audiovisual presentation. Here in Wéris, a site unique in Belgium lived a Neolithic community some 5000 years ago. These people transported huge blocks of puddingstone rocks downhill to this plateau to build their dolmens (gallery graves) and menhirs (standing stones). We sell maps, brochures, postcards and souvenirs and we have a cafeteria where you can enjoy refreshments. Guided walks are possible when reservations are made, preferably two weeks in advance.

 Cachée entre les collines d'un petit hameau, se trouve la Ferme de la Bourgade. C'est une ferme familiale, où petits et grands participent aux tâches quotidiennes.  Nous vous proposons deux activités : Le golffermier (du vendredi à dimanche) et les samedis (à 11h au matin) la promenade en char à banc  Le golffermier s'inspire bien évidemment du golf traditionnel si ce n'est que vous frappez la balle à l'aide d'un petit sabot en bois et que le terrain de golf est une prairie où il n'est pas rare de jouer parmi les vaches... C'est une agréable promenade au milieu des prairies vallonnées. Le parcours qui se situe dans un environnement calme et naturel, suit le ruisseau de Moressée. Tout le monde peut y jouer, c'est facile. La balade en char à banc est une façon originale pour découvrir la région en prenant place à bord de notre « char-à-bancs », construit par l'agriculteur même. Notre char-à-bancs, d'une capacité de 45 places, est tiré par un tracteur ! Nous vous proposons un circuit commenté de environ 15 km qui s'effectue en 2 heures à travers les prairies des bois Idéal pour une sortie en famille, avec des amis ou des collègues de travail.
